Congratulatory Message for ATSB CEO Y.BHG DATO' DR. Ahmad Sabirin Arshad Conferred The DSPN Award
It is with great respect to inform that our CEO, Y. Bhg Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Sabirin Arshad has been conferred the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN) award which carries the title of "Dato’" in conjunction with the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang, Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas' 71st birthday celebration on 11 July 2009.

The bestowed is the latest in a succession of accolades for Y. Bhg Dato’ and proved to be a symbol of commitment to the nations and mandate to harness the space industry in the international arena.

On behalf of all ATSB® management and staff, we wish to congratulate Y. Bhg Dato’ on the award received that highlight the significant impact towards the development of space technology programme for the country and imperative to hone the ability to be comparatively advantage globally in the space and technology related field.
