GEORGE TOWN: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak heads the list of 793 people conferred state awards by the Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas in conjunction with his 71st birthday today.Datuk Wira Ayub Yaakob (left) awarded the Darjah Yang Mulia Pangkuan Negeri and Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Karim conferred the DMPN

The prime minister will be conferred the Darjah Utama Pangkuan Negeri (DUPN) which carries the title Datuk Seri Utama.
